A Country Called Ghana premiered successfully in Accra a few weeks ago. Despite a tragic accident on the day of the Kumasi premiere, where a young child lost his life, Lilwin’s dedication to his craft was unwavering, and he attended the event.
The film features an impressive cast of top talent from both Ghana and Nigeria, including Paa George, Sweet Mimi, Victor Osuagwu (Awilo Sharp Sharp), Charles Awurum, Ramsey Nouah, and Lilwin himself. Directed by Frank Fiifi Gharbin, the movie showcases elite acting skills, making it a standout production.
As the chief executive producer, Lilwin hopes A Country Called Ghana will gain global recognition and eventually secure a spot on Netflix.
The Nollywood Festival Awards in Germany highlights the best of Nollywood to the German audience, fostering cross-border commerce and promoting cultural understanding in the film industry.
